- Welcome to the new site! I am so excited to be here and excited to share my meal plan and tips with you. So here it goes, the first weekly meal plan!!!
Day 1:
- Breakfast: Pumpkin Bread Pudding
- Lunch: Cobb Salad
- Dinner: Balsamic Roasted Turkey with Apple Stuffing
- Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs and Turkey Bacon
- Lunch: Turkey Club Sandwich (Use your leftovers from Day 1 dinner)
- Dinner: Primal Lasagna
- Breakfast: Breakfast Bacon & Maple Meatballs
- Lunch: Leftovers from Cobb Salad or Primal Lasagna
- Dinner: Mango Chicken with Cucumber Mango Salad
- Breakfast: Porridge
- Lunch: Leftovers from Previous Meals
- Dinner: Salmon with Tomato Relish
- Breakfast: Pumpkin Granola (I recommend making a LARGE batch of this!)
- Lunch: Yet again, leftovers...but they are sure delicious
- Dinner: Taco Soup
Day 6:
- Breakfast: Pumpkin Granola Bread
- Lunch: Leftovers
- Dinner: Easy Crock-pot Chicken
- Breakfast: Leftover Bread...if there's any left over!!!
- Lunch: Leftovers
- Dinner: Cilantro Turkey Burger with Guacamole & Crispy Sweet Potato Fries
